Sesame Broccoli or Asparagus |

Ingredients
- 1 lb. of broccoli or asparagus
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. rice wine or cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted
Directions
Blanch broccoli or asparagus for 5 minutes.
In a small saucepan, combine oil, soy sauce, sugar and vinegar and bring to a boil. Boil sauce for one minute, just to melt sugar. Pour sauce over warmed broccoli or asparagus, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
NOTE: All ingredients can be made ahead, tossed together, and heated in a pan or microwave for just a minute or two to warm up. Don't overheat! You just want to warm them up.
