Ingredients
3 medium sized fresh market tomatoes cut in quarters
1/2 bunch of cilantro
1 jalapeno pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
1 can whole tomatoes
dash of lime juice from a fresh lime
Directions
In a food processor, add the quartered tomatoes, cilantro jalapeno, and salt. Pulse about
10 times to get the tomatoes started. Add the can of whole tomatoes and finish to your liking.
Add the lime juice last. Allow tomatoes to remain chunky enough to dip into. Add salt to taste.
