Easy Peach Cobbler PDF Print

Ingredients

  • 4 fresh peaches, sliced and soaked in about 1/2 c. honey
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 c. milk
  • Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.


Directions

In a large cast iron pan, spread peach and honey mixture. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a mixer, and process until well mixed. Pour mixture over peaches. Bake for 55 minutes.
