Thanks for considering the Poulsbo Farmers Market! We are a long-season outdoor market starting its 14th season. We take pride in our wonderful vendors and lovely town, and would love to bring more vendors into the market.


Whether you have experience with this market or not, we would love to consider your application. If you have any questions or comments, be sure to reach out as soon as possible. We want to make sure your application is completed fully and that we can work together!

Be sure to complete ALL steps listed below or your application will be delayed.



Application Steps:

  1. Visit our Market Forms page. Read the Poulsbo Farmers Market Bylaws, Policies, Rules, and Required Documents.

  2. Determine Type of Membership and applicable fee structure.

  3. Print and complete this 2017 vendor application. (click here)

  4. Submit required payment via check or money order for your application fee (payable to: "Poulsbo Farmers Market"), as well as copies of any necessary permits and licenses, and mail to:

    Application Review

    The PFM Board of Directors meets on the third Monday of every month to review complete applications. Decisions will be disclosed in a timely manner.

    Please note, although the Market Manager may allow an applicant to sell at the market prior to board approval, the PFM board has the final decision on vendor status. All approved vendors are placed on a four week probation.
