The applications, forms and policies, mentioned in this section can be retrieved from the Documents area of this Web site.

Application Steps:

  1. Read the Poulsbo Farmer's Market Bylaws, Rules and Policies, and Stall Schedule.
  2. Select the type of vendor application that's right for you and then download the appropriate application and a Stall Schedule.
  3. Complete the Application form.
  4. Complete the Stall Schedule form.
  5. Bundle the required forms along with a check (for full payment) and mail to the Market Manager at the following address:

  6. You will be notified within a few weeks of the status of your application.
