Strawberries and peas are here!
Ready to add some color to your spring greens? Good! The first of the season's strawberries and sugar snap peas are here! These are strawberries so fresh that they will stain your hands as you chop them up and throw them into a spring salad! And sugar snaps so sweet that you will want to eat them straight out of the bag, though they are very tasty sauteed or stir-fried as well!
And that's not the only thing you'll find at the market this Saturday, May 25th! PFM favorite Valerie Markell - a singer, songwriter, and guitarist in the Indie/folk style - returns to the bandstand for the first time this year. Don't miss her!
